Lately this Chanel 2.55 Clutch has been whoring itself around the fashion circuits like crazy. Ever since some celebutards were spotted with the bagaroo, it's popularity has sky rocketed. Yes, it's chic, it's young, it's (all together now) o v e r - r a t e d !!! Seriously, this trick needs to check into early retirement! Don't get me wrong, I've got mad respect for Chanel... but once you see this over and over again (kinda like Heidi Montag&Spencer Pratt, Octopussy, and John&Kate in the tabloids) your eyes naturally roll to the back of your head in disgust. It's just a desperate piece of bag... don't give in and for those of you who have, puck you (with a 'P'!!) for aiding its fame-whoring attempts!
But if you're on the same page as I am... then let me introduce you to the LV Monogram Motard Jersey Minaudiere.
Seriously, even the name is much more badass. It comes in either pink or black and both with a contrasting golden chain strap. But what is even more legit is the fact that it's made out of jersey. Yes, jersey! How they made such a simple, comfortable fabric into something รก-la-mode and with killer dapper... I still don't know. But what I do know is that it is one piece of innovative awesomeness and worthy of great buzz and admiration (not like the trick from above). But don't take my word for it... venture out and find your own - just be unique, experimental, and don't settle for the trend-of-the-moment... unless you want to be a follower and/or desperate yourself. Word.
