Today is the day! Go barefoot for the children!!!!!

Today, April 8th 2010, over 70,000 stellar individuals around the globe have decided to participate in TOMS 1 Day Without Shoes awesomeness and you should be one more!!! If you aren't aware, Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS, has an amazing shindig going that when he sells a shoe he gives one back to a child in need. So freaking awesome! To bring awareness for this amazing one-for-one shoe campaign, I really hope you can also lend a hand, or foot for that matter, and help our kiddos of the world out. It doesn't matter if you can only spare a minute or two, just as long as you participate, pass the word along, and ultimately empathize with the cause... well, than that's all that truly matters.

Oh and if you happen to be in the LA region, Blake himself will be conducting a barefoot walk in Venice, CA and he'd be more than happy to have you take part of it.
