Miley Cyrus unveils new video: Who Owns My Heart!

Call me craycray but I'm totally diggin everything about this vid and song. I especially love how it proves that DisneyWhore Syndrome does exist. Haha. No but seriously, can't get enough. Actually, I think it's the best I've seen from her to date. Power to ya, second coming of Britney Miley!
