I really R E A L L Y really need to get my hands on a copy STAT! Well, that's only if it's actually in the works. I'm not too sure if this is the actual cover or just something someone made but apparently L'OFFICIEL did the same thing when YSL passed away (shame, I didn't know that then!) and I sure hope that this is in fact true and coming out very soon. My only problem is that I feel that it would only grace the streets of Paris and only a select few copies would make it state side. And even then getting my hands on an actual copy would be an intense search. But a search that I would totally embark on. 1000 photos of McQueen's legacy? Yes, please! This would totally make it into my treasure chest if I ever had one. Note to self: get a treasure chest.

From the G-Star Fall 2010 lineup...

I really want this on my back immediately. Wait let me take that back. I really NEED this on my back I-M-M-E-D-I-A-T-E-L-Y. Funky, phresh, yet still dapper? Ohhh, yessss!  I am unreservedly attached to the dissimilarity of the canary yellow and the two tones of beige. I usually go dark when it comes to coats but damn this is making me rethink that altogether.

For some reason, I want this. Badly.

No one in their right mind should EVER wear a jumpsuit but every blue moon one very rare creation comes along that just makes this fashion don't a fashion MUST- this khaki and denim masterpiece by Closed is one of those! Well, I guess it's the whole package that makes it straight up perfection. The styling is completely subtle and simply well balanced. The final look is just divine happiness and I only long for rocking the shit out of the whole look one day. So, umm, Santa, if you're reading this... this is what I want for Christmas. Hah. 

Eddifice Weatherwear Collection:

Loving the quilted awesomeness going on here- such greatness adds a dash of class yet remains au courant as well. My only problem is that it is only available in Japan for the time being. Yeah, huge bummer. I only wish that it speeds up and gets here in time for the really wintery cold days. I need me some, stat.

So I was researching...

Lately I've been on the prowl for a new phone (y'all know that I can't seem to keep one intact for more than a month) and I was close to just picking up an iPhone (again) but then knowing how Apple loves to poop out new updated gadgets like 2 seconds after their latest creation... I decided to hit up the internets and see what I could find on a new iPhone prospect for 2010. And low and behold there already are rumors circulating about the nuevo iPhone-to-be. Surprise? Not really, but I sure am excited!!

So what's the speculation? Let me tell you or at least do my best to remember wtf I read cause not gonna lie, technological things get my brain all sorts of confused - so because of my lack of smarty-pants-ness, I'm just gonna cover the main points that stuck out to me:

• Apparently, the new iPhone will be in 4G- which I'm not too sure what that means... I do remember reading that this might allow other carriers to be compatible with the new phone... oh which reminds me, I guess Apple's contract with AT&T expires and it's not sure if they will renew the exclusive contract or have it be a free for all (the latter would fuck AT&T up!!!).
• It's supposed to run on dual core processors and have more legit and awesomer graphic chips that I'm sure will make taking videos and pictures that much more crisper (I like),
• It will also include "multi-tasking" which will allow you to well, multi-task different screens at the same time - which is an awesome feature for those of us who suffer from gadget A-D-D.
• It's also supposed to get a whole new physical makeover too and from the concept featured above, I really hope it doesn't look like the love child of an iTouch and iPod Nano!!! But thinner would be great though.
• And lastly, the feature that ultimately grabbed my attention and makes my heart pitter-patter is that (supposedly) it will have an iChat feature!!! Now, I don't give a fuck about sending messages over that shit - we have texting to cover that - what I'm soo stoked about is the video-chat feature!!!

Fuckkk yeaaaah! How freaking awesome would that be!!! Being able to chat it up face-to-face with someone on-the-go is beyond legit, cool, and sicktastic in my books. I guess that means that there is supposed to be a camera (like on our macbooks) on the front of the phone.. I don't know how practical that would be since there already is a camera on the back... but I don't care... I need them developers to WORK. IT. OUT. PRONTO!

So, I guess for the time being I'm gonna hold out on buying the most recent iPhone. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that this iPhone 4G comes true. That video-chat needs to happen!!!

Custo Barcelona Spring 2010 = Show Stopping Orgasm!!!

If I had to pick my favorite showing in the entirety of New York Fashion Week, I'd hands down have to say CUSTO BARCELONA!!!! Million percent yess!! The collection is absolute exotic perfection! And I totally loved the legit disco-beach-dance party vibe that the brothers Custo wrapped their garments with. Pure genius!

The whole collection is purely VIBRANT and LUSCIOUS!!! The powerful splashes of pink, purple, blue, green, gray, yellow, and turquoise made the garments pop, dance, and shine bright on the runway.

I thoroughly fell in love with all the designs. Each got better than the next. But it's not just the designs that won me over, it's the ravishingly impeccable detailing! Truly beyond amazing! Some pieces rocked down the runway with crocheted tassels on the ends, others with every inch of material geniously mixed with beautiful coral colors, and some were perfectly bold printed pieces that were phenomenally adorned with amazing schemes of sequins, feathers, and beads. Just sensational, dazzling and all around uh-mazing beyond any of my most wildest dreams! And what I dig even more is the fact that the menswear was just as bold and creative as the women's! Which never really happens, EVER.

Seriously, can we just talk about...

This turquoise snake skin shorts?

This white lip and lipstick imprinted tux?!

This sequinced board shorts?!!

This tan sequinced paisley-esque track jacket and shorts?!!!

Or just the general flashiness of all the pants?!!!???

They're all just out of this world!!!! Sweet baby Jesus, my life is truly complete! Even just writing about it gets me all buzzed! I'm just sickly infatuated with the whole collection. INFATUATED! So, when it came down to posting some of my favorite pieces, I started my selection with 3 then 4... then 8, then 12... and soon I found myself picking out practically half of the collection. So what am I to do? Post them all for your viewing orgasm, of course! Shits too fucking on fyaaah not to do so. It truly would be a crime for holding out on you guys. haha. Enjoy :)
